**In your role as Client Engagement Assistant you will make a meaningful and valued contribution from the outset.**

**This role will provide a great opportunity to to provide information, education and support to employers to allow them to discharge their administrative obligations in an accurate and timely manner.**

**What you will be doing**

***

**As a trusted part of the Pensions Engagement & Development you will be responsible for**:
***
- **Ensure that timely and effective actions are identified and implemented to address and resolve service related issues that emerge****:

- **Track, manage and report on progress****:

- **Aid Client Relationship team managers in administration tasks****:

- **Ensure that periodic reports are produced and monitored to support assessment of the operational performance of institutions in key areas of processing****:

- **Analyse and use data sources to identify trends and issues****:

- **Develop positive relationships by engaging in a collaborative and professional manner****:

- **Establish relationships and represent the team with day-to-day contacts at institutions’ pension departments****:

- **Positively promote USS services (existing and new) and procedures to institutions and represent the views of the institutions within USS****:

- **Support process developments and improvements with institutions***
