We are recruiting for a skilled Liverpool Client Engagement Associate to join our clients' team in Liverpool. The successful candidate will work closely with young offenders, their families, and local communities to create positive outcomes.

About the Role:
  • The ideal candidate will have experience working with young people and their families, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You will develop and deliver individual and group programmes to support young people's personal and social development.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and work with young people in various settings to reduce the risk of offending and harm to others.
  • Maintain accurate records of all work with young people, using electronic recording systems as required.
  • Collaborate with statutory and voluntary partners to offer positive opportunities for young people.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Qualifications: Graduate or similar level qualification in an area related to working with young people or offenders.
  • Experience:
    • Experience working with young people and their families.
    • Ability to work effectively within a team and contribute to service development.
  • Skills & Abilities:
    • Understanding of safeguarding and risk management for young people.
    • Knowledge and experience of applying Liverpool City Council's Child Protection procedures.
    • Ability to engage with young people, including those displaying challenging behaviour.
Benefits and Compensation:
  • £35 per hour inclusive of holiday pay
  • 35 hours per week
  • 3 month initial contract with possibility of extension after this
