Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled maintenance technician to join our team in Liverpool. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to maintenance and repair.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with semi-skilled or multi-skilled experience in joinery, plumbing, and/or electrical work. You will work independently and as part of a team to maintain high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare surfaces and areas for painting
  • Perform basic plumbing tasks
  • Fitting windows and doors
  • Handle general maintenance tasks as needed
  • Use power tools safely and efficiently
  • Remove and replace flooring
  • Install and remove wall and ceiling panels
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A practical approach to a variety of tasks, with an eye for detail
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability
  • Basic knowledge and experience in using power tools and performing minor repairs
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A commitment to upholding quality standards and customer satisfaction
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £12.47 per hour, paid 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:30. Immediate starts are available.
