**Client Relationship Executive**

**Salary**: £27,000 - £30,000

Monday-Friday Office Based

We are currently looking for an **experienced **Client Care Exec on behalf of our luxury property client to provide comprehensive support for existing and new clients, and is a great opportunity to work for one of the UK's largest privately owned real estate investment companies If you have previous experience communicating with property related clients developers, landlords etc) then please apply

**Responsibilities**
- Address investor and landlord concerns promptly.
- Maintain communication throughout their engagement, providing updates and assistance.
- Gather feedback through surveys to enhance service quality.
- Reach out to potential landlords for new business opportunities.
- Clarify Lettings Agreement terms with new landlords and manage documentation.
- Manage client information accurately in company databases.
- Follow up on any missing information from investors and landlords.

**Key Requirements / Competencies**:

- A minimum of 3 years’ client based experience, preferably within real estate
- Computer literate.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Can-do attitude.
- Self-motivated.
- Well presented.
- Excellent organizational, prioritisation, and planning skills.
- Adaptability.
