**Responsibilities for Customer Service Co-ordinator**:

- Providing accurate information about our products and services
- Processing orders and payments
- Maintaining customer records and databases
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Generating reports and maintaining data accuracy
- Performing general administrative tasks as needed

**Skills for Customer Service Co-ordinator**:

- Ability to work without supervision as well as part of a team
- Self-motivated and flexible approach to role
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers, clients, and staff
- Good time management and organisational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Willingness to travel within the UK
- Ability to prioritise work
- Good decision making skills
- Ability to communicate and work effectively with customers, employees and teams at all levels
- Ability to develop and maintain excellent working relationships with key customers.

**Requirements** **Customer Service Co-ordinator**:

- 2+ years of experience in a customer service or administrative role
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
