**Job description**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Scheduling project furniture, window coverings, artwork, flooring and signage at Extra Care Homes and sheltered accommodation.
- Booking, scheduling and signing of subcontractor installations
- Attend site to complete pre-installation surveys
- Ensure all orders are processed in a timely manner
- Check stock is coming in on time. Resolve any stock issues informing customer and all other stakeholders of alterations to delivery schedule
- Tracking project performance
- Check customer is ready for delivery. Reschedule as necessary informing all stakeholders of any changes
- Support the warehouse team with picking and quality checking
- Stocktaking of live and slow-moving stock
- Create installation reports and Scope of works to cover all aspects of the project
- Keep close contact with customers so they know the status of the projects
- Create and update site specific risk assessments and method statements
- Lead project briefings with inventory, warehouse and logistics teams
- Ensure that the furniture installation team have the necessary equipment to complete the project
- Complete and report key performance indicators
- Seek regular customer feedback as part of the ISO9001 Quality Management Process and use to improve FRC service
- Maintain an organised and clear recording system for all projects
- Maintain all project documentation
- Attend site on final day of delivery to sign off project with customer for larger projects and make post-delivery call to customer for smaller projects to ensure customer is fully satisfied.

**Person Specification - Project Co-ordinator**

**Skills and Experience**:

- Experience in Project Management or of a similar role.
- At least one years Management/Supervisory experience
- Strong Communication, Prioritization, and organizational skills.
- Highly organized and able to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced busy environment.
- Flexible and adaptable with an ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a small team.
- Problem solving skills.
- Customer service skills

**Knowledge and abilities**:
**Essential**:

- Knowledge of and experienced in using MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, Project and Outlook

**Desirable**:

- Knowledge of SAP business one
- Project Management Qualification (PMQ)

**Qualifications**:

- GCSE Maths & GCSE English
- Willing to learn and ask questions
