You will design, co-ordinate and deliver a range of projects and work processes within the regeneration programmes bringing together a range of teams, agencies and appointed consultants to ensure a coordinated and effective interaction between all parties. Such as land acquisition strategies, the void management process and the decant policy and process.

You will assist in the procurement of required resources and consultants to delivery projects within the regeneration programme.

Additionally, you will undertake research and analysis on potential new regeneration opportunities including a variety of data, intelligence, qualitative and quantitative information.

We’re looking for someone with experience of working in a fast-paced environment such as housing, regeneration, development, planning etc with experience of project or programme management.

You will have experience of undertaking research and analysis using intelligence and data who can co-ordinate a range of teams to deliver shared outcomes on projects.

You will have experience of providing project updates in a variety of formats to a variety of audiences. Ideally with experience of working within a social housing or regeneration environment.

**Role Profile**

The Regeneration Project Officer will design, co-ordinate and deliver a range of work processes and strategies to ensure the effective delivery of Riverside’s multi-million-pound regeneration programmes. Such as the land acquisition strategy including the purchase of owner occupier properties, the void management process and the decant process.

To support the Regeneration function in developing new regeneration opportunities and the development and delivery of external funding strategies to maximise Riverside’s investment. To design, lead and co-ordinate monitoring frameworks for each programme to ensure the successful delivery of all outcomes delivering Riverside values of “transforming lives and revitalising neighbourhoods”.

**Role requires you to**:

- Design, co-ordinate and deliver a range of projects and work processes within the regeneration programmes bringing together a range of teams, agencies and appointed consultants to ensure a coordinated and effective interaction between all parties. Such as land acquisition strategies, the void management process and the decant policy and process.
- Assist in the procurement of required resources and consultants to delivery projects within the regeneration programme.
- Undertake research and analysis on potential new regeneration opportunities including a variety of data, intelligence, qualitative and quantitative information.
- Support on the development of business cases and cost benefit analysis to aid in the assessment of new regeneration opportunities.
- Designing, embedding and delivering performance management frameworks for each regeneration programme to ensure effective delivery against outcomes and KPIs.
- Providing regular performance updates, dashboards and other materials showcasing the positive impact of the regeneration.
- Provide regular updates on projects to a variety of audiences in a variety of formats such as presentations, dashboards, briefings and reports.
- Assist in the financial and budget management for the programmes ensuring adequate tracking and monitoring.
- Organise key project meetings across the various programme workstreams, the dedicated programme Steering Group and provide administrative support.
- Produce, maintain and distribute project and programme documentation such as project plans, risk and issue logs, resource plans and finance budgets.
- Support the continuous evaluation of the programme to ensure successful delivery including regular health checks.
