We are currently recruiting for a Project Support Officer to join our team to support with the management of the company’s business change arrangements. You will support the planning, implementation and track the performance of any project, including new ICT systems, business processes to ensure risks are managed, objectives and projects are delivered on time and within budget. You’ll monitor the accuracy of user acceptance testing, deliver training to end users and feedback any risks or issues.
Please note this role will be internally known as Business Change Coordinator.
**To be successful in this role you will need**:
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Professionalism to communicate in a polite manner
- Customer service experience
- Administrative experience
- Planning experience is preferable but not necessary
- Punctuality
- Experience on computer systems such as word
