**Interim Project Support Admin Officer - Transformation Programme**

**Pay Rate: £250.00 per day PAYE**
**This opening assignment is for 6 mouths**
**Hybrid working - 3 days in the office**
**Proven minute taking skills and experience are essential for this role.** Project Support Officers will work on large-scale Transformation Programme. The Transformation Programme cuts across all areas of the Council and will work to improve our services to people who live and work in Liverpool.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Arrange, attend and minute/record meetings, supporting the effective management of governance boards.
- Maintain and update project management documentation, and maintain effective file management systems.
- Support with communication, producing correspondence, reports and presentations.
- Process invoices.
- Support the work and delivery of priorities of the Programme Manager.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Minimum of 12 months recent experience in a similar role, or context and ideally within a public sector organisation.
- Extensive experience in the use of all aspects of IT including Microsoft Office Suite, including the ability to create and maintain spreadsheets and presentations.
- Experience in providing project support and an understanding of projects.
- Experience of minute taking.
- Ability to work effectively to timescales and to meet deadlines.
- Strong organisational skills.
