**Job Title**: Office/Warehouse Admin

Shift Pattern: Alternate week by week working Earlies and then Lates.
- Earlies: Monday-Thursday: 6:00 - 14:30
- Friday: 6:00am -13:30
- Lates: Monday-Thursday: 14:00 - 00:00

Some holidays required to be taken during our shutdown periods.

Shift allowance has already been included in the annual salary mentioned (shift allowance is equal to 10%)

**Principle Activities**:

- Understand, develop and promote the Company's business objectives and participate with total enthusiasm and commitment to achieve and exceed them.
- Ensures proper flow of office procedures, and supports management by carrying out office duties & other tasks.
- Help the customer with their requirements on a day-to-day basis, consistently making sure were always accurate and helping them promptly.
- Ensure that you fully understand your work requirements and duties and have received the correct supervised training in accordance with the Company's training requirements to enable you to undertake your duties.

**Key Tasks and Responsibilities are defined as**:

- Using Espacks systems on a daily basis.
- Liasing with customer and supporting on a daily basis.
- Meeting Minutes as and when needed
- Manages reception area & visitors to the premises
- Consistently carries out duties for management.
- Answering the phone in the office
- Filing all paperwork.
- Producing pick order paperwork and labels for the warehouse staff.
- Raising manual receival orders for goods received when necessary.
- Managing stock levels on the system.
- Billing production orders & sending off ASN’s.
- Stock analysing.
- Handling and dealing with our customers’ requirements in regards to getting parts stock checked, booked out, returned etc.
- Assisting with regular stock checks and data entry on to warehouse management system
- Be involved with all the system inputting for quarterly thorough warehouse stock checks
- Stock shortages investigation
- Stock checks, Line counts
- Dealing with obsolete stock.
- Booking/Arranging transport when needed for customers.
- Quality reports.
- Auditing work processes/instructions
- Assist with the launches of new cars by helping with cycle line layouts, line walks etc.
- Admin KPI’s
- Any other duties required by your manager
