A full time temporary position has come available within Liverpool magistrates Court based in QE11 building.
Temporary Contract

- Friday - Office Hours
37hrs per week
11.28 per hour
Job Role - Admin officer

The role is supporting the North-West Legal Admin & Rota Team, based in, Liverpool Magistrates Court in the QEII building, dealing with magistrates' enquiries/correspondence/telephone enquiries. The team also cover meetings across teams and face to face meetings where note taking and action points will be required, also to produce reports as required by the magistrate's committees. Training will be given on all aspects of the role. Excellent communication and IT skills are required for this post.

**Typical qualifications and experience**: five GCSEs at Grade C or above or equivalent (including English Language or equivalent), NVQ Business Administration Level 2, or suitable clerical experience. Administrative experience with a good knowledge of and experience in using Microsoft Office. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
