Spinwell is recruiting for an IS Projects & Budgets Officer for an excellent opportunity within the public sector.

**RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE IS PROJECTS & BUDGETS OFFICER**

To monitor ICT Department expenditure, maintain the register of expenditure against budget, check and approve supplier invoices and related supplier issues. Monitoring the mobile radio tariffs

**SKILLS/EXPERIENCE OF THE IS PROJECTS & BUDGETS OFFICER**
- Educated to A-Level or equivalent
- Accountancy trained (desirable)
- Specifically experienced in: invoice processing; large-scale complex procurement; project management software and project control techniques
- Spreadsheet competent
- Assertive in communication
