- Answer phones, take messages, and direct calls
- Handle sales orders, prepare invoices, and provide support to customers
- Communicate with our couriers on a daily basis
- Open, check, or distribute mail; maintain filing systems; perform data entry; answer general office queries; assist with various projects and tasks as needed
- Provide support to sales and customer service departments including customer returns, general enquiries and order support
- Research or locate information as requested by customers or other departments
- Packing of customer orders and maintaining our current warehouse
- Office Showroom refreshing to ensure styles and designs are up to date and accurate
- Perform general office duties as assigned by the manager or owner
- Uploading products to the website and our marketplace stores
- Label Preparation for the packing of customer orders *Skills/Requirements*
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. This position will be working with sales orders, invoices, customer orders, shipping documents, order packing etc. We are hiring on a Part-Time Basis at 25 hours per week, strictly office based over 3 days each week. Please note there is no remote working available for this role. Job Type: Part-time Pay: £18,000.00-£19,000.00 per year Expected hours: 25 per week Benefits:
