DHL, an award winning leading supply chain business is seeking an experienced Administrator to play a vital role providing administrative support to the management team and delivering excellent customer service.
**WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?**
As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will
- Payroll lead for site - Processing absence pay, holidays, overtime, P45 processing etc
- Work closely with all depts to ensure they are compliant in all data reporting, including payroll and KPI's
- Ensure that all admin tasks are performed efficiently and accurately
- Ensure accuracy in operational areas, the recording of activities and employees performance.
- Adopt a flexible approach to workload addressing priorities as they arise

- Proven finance and admin experience (Essential)
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent PC skills (Including Microsoft Office)
- Self-motivated and can work under own initiative
