We are actively seeking a Part-time HR People Administrator to become a vital part of our People team. What will the role look like for you?
This is an exciting and evolving role within Millennium Support, which will provide opportunity to develop your HR career by providing front-line HR support and generalist exposure to various areas of HR. The role offers 25 hours per week and is a rewarding role in a fast-paced environment with a fantastic team of HR practitioners.

What we are looking for:
This role will be suited to a proactive and passionate person who thrives in a busy environment and who is starting their career in HR and/or part-CIPD qualified. We are looking for someone who is not only passionate, but who is adaptable, innovative and organised, has excellent IT and Administration skills and eager to learn and develop within HR.

What will you be doing?
- Processing changes to terms, leavers, and submit to payroll at the end of the month
- Generate core reports for Services and People Team as required e.g. leavers report
- Supporting the compliance of the function through conducting monthly file audits, sharing results and follow up actions
- Provide probation confirmation to the team leaders
- Manage HR inbox and administer requests for information, for example references
- Monitor/audit DBS and provide information on risk assessments if required
- Administer maternity/paternity ensuring compliance with relevant policies and legislation
- Processing and uploading accurate information to HR system (MitreFinch) to maintain data integrity
- Generate reports of key HR metrics
- Seek to continuously improve the department and service to the business
- Provide support when required for other ad-hoc tasks/projects
