Position Overview

The role for the Customer Service Advisor is a key part of the Internal Sales Team and responsible for maximising sales revenue from enquiries, alongside maintaining and developing long-term client relationships, offering technical support and an exceptional customer service experience. The Customer Service Advisor is accountable for processing, managing and responding to client communications with a clear understanding that market leading customer service is a key role to the Power Supplies
Group business model. We seek an enthusiastic, well-mannered, and motivated individual with a minimum of 3 years customer service, sales administration and technical support experience.

Background within the electrical industry, wholesaler Groups or Cable distributors is essential.

Key Responsibilities
- Produce detailed quotations for low and medium voltage cables and accessories from customer verbal or written enquiries.
- Ability to upsell additional products within our large portfolio of products while identifying new sales opportunities and sharing with external sales team.
- Provide administrative support to the Sales Management Team, including preparing
- Working collaboratively with the External Sales Team and other departments to ensure everyone is aligned and working as one.
- Keen to expand your knowledge and understanding of power generation, transmission and distribution sectors, in addition to renewable energy markets.
- Developing strong relationships with existing and new clients to ensure these relationships are maintained and nurtured.
- Updating company CRM systems to maximise opportunities.
- Have a passion for being organised and ensuring that all tasks are done to the highest possible standards, care and attention.
- Flexible with your duties to ensure smooth running of the office and take ownership of your tasks, completing in an accurate and timely fashion with a focus on attention to detail.
- To perform fundamental tasks on a computer including Microsoft packages and confident in learning new software when required
- Calm under pressure and able to conduct a variety of tasks and work to strict deadlines individually or as part of a team.

Experience

Sales Administration: 3 years required

Customer Service: 3 years required

Working Hours

Monday to Thursday - 8.30am to 5.15pm

Friday - 8.30am to 4pm

37.5 hours per week
