Spraybooth Service and Maintenance Limited, Unit 40, Trent Valley Trading Estate, Station Road, Rugeley, Staffs, WS15 2HQ
**About The Role**
You will work closely with our Operations Manager on a daily basis to make sure that the overall operations of the business runs efficiently and smoothly.
Job Role:
- Contacting and booking in services with customers
- Provide on-going support to Managers within the business
- Handle paperwork throughout the day
- Liaise with customers on a daily basis
- Invoicing
- Contacting old customers to gain new business
- Answer phone calls
- Draft, format and print relevant documents
- Organisation of accommodation
- Other administration duties as and when required
EXPERIENCE
- Experience of working to tight deadlines
- Experience of working in a transport/servicing environment with daily fluctuating workloads
- Able to react quickly to information, helping solve any queries
- Ability to handle difficult customers in a professional manner
SKILLS
- Able to remain calm and focused under time pressure
- Able to solve problems independently and with confidence
- Has a logical and methodical approach to all tasks
- Has a strong resilient personality
TECHNICAL
- PC literate including in house software and Microsoft Packages
- Can use Excel, outlook, word
HOURS: Monday to Friday - 09:00am - 16:00pm (30 minute unpaid break) 32.5 hours per week
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 32.5 per week
**Salary**: £19,000.00 per year
