Job Summary:
**Duties**:

- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Manage office correspondence and documentation
- Proficiently use Google Suite for various office functions
- Conduct general administrative and clerical duties
- Maintain an organised office environment

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
- Competency in computerised tasks including data entry and document management
- Excellent typing skills with attention to detail
