Ultimate Demolition and Construction Services is looking for a full time Assistant Director.

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Supporting the director with day to day tasks.
- Ability to prioritise and multitask efficiently.
- Timely alerts to the director of any urgent issues are vital and to ensure that the director keeps on track and up to date with his workload. There will be a requirement to deal with sensitive information confidentially.
- The director is an active working director and there will be a requirement to attend meetings on-site and work whilst travelling to projects as well as being able to work independently within the office.
- Planning, co-ordinating and managing calendars and scheduling meetings.
- Experience in invoice processing and analysis of outrun reports.
- Supporting other management figures within the company.
- Managing projects through to completion on behalf of the director
- Pro-actively identifying opportunities to improve current processes and increase efficiency within the team.

**Essential Skills**:

- Speed typing.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and time management.
- Advanced keyboard typing skills with the ability to keep up with dictation.
- Advanced word, excel, Xero and outlook skills.
- Ability to prioritise and multitask efficiently.
- Excellent Calendar management.
- Calm under pressure with the ability to communicate within a team and able to assign work to others.
- Pro-active, highly organised problem solver with common sense approach.
- Able to liaise and build relationships with people at all levels.
- Trustworthy team player.
