We are recruiting a Director - Performance & Standards to provide a leadership role for the performance and standards of the College's further and higher education curriculum. You will ensure that the College's overall effectiveness and in particular, the quality of education, are of a consistently high quality that secures extraordinary and excellent outcomes for all learners studying all types of provision. You will also promote, implement and establish appropriate quality improvement, compliance and assurance processes that continually improve the quality of learning, assessment and teaching.
