We have an opening for a Finance Assistant to join our busy Finance team. As part of the finance team, you will contribute to the smooth running of the department by assisting with various day to day transactional duties.

You will support the team by accurately and efficiently carrying out your duties delivering a first-class service.

**Your deliverables**
- Assisting with the processing of bank transactions and reconciliation, including petty cash.
- Assisting with the collation of customer estimates and obtaining customer approval.
- Assisting with the processing of sales invoices, ensuring that invoices are accurate and sent in a timely manner.
- When required, assisting with credit control queries.
- Identify and correct inaccurate customer/vendor records.
- Complete previously missing information with the accounting records, such as addresses, VAT registrations.
- Scanning of key accounting records, ensuring all files are attached accurately to the primary record.
- Ad hoc requests as required.

**Knowledge & Experience**
- Excellent written and verbal skills with the ability to plan, manage and deliver under pressure
- Have accounting experience in a finance environment
- Competent excel user (pivot tables, Vlookup, formulas)
