We are currently recruiting for a HR Manager to join our client, who have a Head Office based in Solihull. This is a full-time, permanent role offering a competitive salary and fantastic benefits with a Hybrid working policy

This role will develop into the Head of HR within the next 6-12 months. Through excellent day-to-day leadership of the HR function, you will create a culture where employees are inspired, fully engaged, and motivated to be the best that they can be. Youwill bring to life learning and development in the business. In conjunction with the HRD and SMT align the HR strategy to support fast-track business growth. Ensure HR is valued for providing great advice and line management support; and that HR tools andprocesses are streamlined and effective

This is an incredibly important role to the company moving forwards and the ability to work at a fast and changing pace is Key.

Main Duties of the HR Manager role include:

- Partner with SMT members to create a high-performance culture, with strong employee engagement, aligned to company Values.
- Review and revise HR Policies and Procedures so that they are reflective of changes in legislation or best practices. Ensure that technology supporting HR admin, policies and processes is fit for purpose. Ensure full education and adoption of new policiesand new technology.
- Conduct pay and benefits benchmarking ensuring that the company has a strong position in the market place. Incorporate into the companies EVP. Manage job grading and associated pay and benefits alignment. Manage the pay review and bonus processes.
- Create a leaning culture. Establish a network and processes or technology for knowledge sharing. Conduct an annual review of skills, capabilities and learning requirements. Partner with Line Managers and external providers to ensure easy access to learningand development opportunities. Measure and evaluate.
- Manage the HR Administrator to excel in all HR Life-Cycle processes, contract management, general administration, and management reporting. Provide coaching and support to grow their skills and capabilities so that they can assist you in all aspects ofyour job and plan for eventual succession. Ensure the HR Administrator can deputise in your absence

To be considered for the role of HR Manager you will have:

- Excellent academics and proof of ongoing professional training. (CIPD7)
- Have experience within a HR Manager role in an SME Environment.
- Strong commercial approach to decision making
- Ability to work with limited supervision.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with a multitude of different personalities.
