- Description & RequirementsWe are looking for a HR Graduate who will be supporting the Global HR team with project work and ad hoc requests. Gaining exposure to Centre’s of Expertise, including, HR Business Partnering, recruitment, HR Shared Services, Learning & Development, Talent Management & Inclusion & Community

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

- Co-ordination and assistance with delivery of HR projects on time and within budget
- Supporting the HR community across the Globe
- Supporting of HR processes such as; disciplinaries, grievances, Reduction in Force (RIF)
- Supporting with the Early in Career program
- Engaging in employee engagement activities
- Supporting in countries on ad hoc HR requests
- Involvement in HR training sessions and workshops

Required skills:

- Communication
- Understanding of HR Practices
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines
