- Location: Solihull**Salary**: £24-30,000 per annum
- Job Description for HR Assistant:
- Are you looking to further your HR career and gain further exposure with guidance and support? Are approachable and friendly? My client is looking for a HR Assistant to join their team in the Solihull area, the position is hybrid based on 3 office days per week and 2 days working from home. You must have some HR experience but attitude is key to fit in with the business culture within this role. They are looking for a can-do individual who is keen to learn and further their experience and career.
- Duties and Responsibilities for HR Assistant:
- Manage employee life cycle, this includes offer letters, contracts, right to work checks.- Process leavers- Maintain employee files ensuring checks required are kept up to date.- Taking employee queries and escalating where required.- Manage absence procedures monitoring levels of absence.- Attend meeting for note taking.- Issuing letters to employees following HR related matters.Key Skills and Experience require for HR Assistant:
- HR experience required within an admin/assistant role.- CIPD level 3 qualified or working towards desired.- Strong attention to detail and very organized.- Understanding of above HR procedures for duties desirable.- Must be able to attend office at least 3 days per week as required this is on flexible basis with days etc depending on current projects.-
