We have an exciting role available for a Head of HR to promote continuous improvement and drive our company ethos, across all our 11 branches and with our 400+ colleagues. It provides the opportunity to lead and enhance the HR strategy with a focus on employee experience and best practice.

The Head of HR will report to our Managing Director and will oversee the HR and Payroll Team.

Key tasks will include:

- Provide HR leadership by developing HR strategies, guidelines, and procedures that align with company priorities
- Provide counsel to senior leaders on HR matters and contribute to decision-making
- Promote the company values and best practice across all areas of the business
- Develop and promote the PeopleXD HRIS system
- Inspire, develop, and lead the HR and Payroll Team to deliver exceptional support, offering proactive and reliable end-to-end HR services
- Ensure legal compliance for monthly payroll and year end submissions to HMRC
- Ensure the efficient management of annual HR budgets

**Person & Skills**

You will be CIPD Level 7 qualified or have the equivalent management level experience, whilst being able to evidence experience in driving culture and engagement.

Experience in implementing and developing an HRIS system would be an advantage.
