  4. Administering and advising on contract conditions, ensuring compliance and fairness.
  5. Negotiating subcontractor appointments and agreeing standard terms, promoting collaboration.
  6. Ensuring systems meet contractual obligations, maintaining a high level of service.
  7. Monitoring payments and intervening in overdue debt, maintaining a positive cash flow.
  8. Reviewing systems for improvements, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.
  9. Providing input to annual budgets and forecasts, informing business strategy.
  10. Managing monthly profit reporting and cost value reconciliation, ensuring transparency.
About You:
  • Prior experience in Facilities Management, preferably on PFI and JCT contracts, is essential.
  • A good understanding of PPM, lifecycle planning, and related services is necessary for success.
Estimated Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum
