The KC Group have partnered with an established finance Organisation who are recruiting for a HR Business Partner to work an FTC (between 3-6 months) In the Solihull Area.
Reporting to the Chief People Officer, this is full time role offering hybrid working and paying an hourly rate of £23.00.
**To be considered for the role you must have a background in the financial services sector or regulated Industry.**
To be considered for the HR Business Partner Role:
- Recognised CIPD Qualification
- Demonstrable HR experience
- Comfortable prioritizing and managing own workload.
- Up to date employment law knowledge
Key duties of the HR Business Partner role Include:
- Manage own Business Portfolio working with key stakeholders and their teams as
- Adapting role profiles to future changes in skills and experience; partnering with key stakeholders and their teams and focusing on high value-added tasks.
- Providing advice and support for managers on key issues and processes including organisational changes, recruitment, exit interviews, annual appraisals, annual CRP.
- Gain knowledge of all colleagues within their portfolio and provide advice on how to grow and develop their skills.
- Contribute to launches of HR projects and participate as part of a project team as an HR expert supporting change.
- Ensure training and competence is kept updated and any conduct risks are managed appropriately.
- Manage all ER issues and organisational changes.
- Manage the feedback from surveys and supporting with development of action plans.
- Mapping is updated with any new / change of roles working with the compensation and benefits manager.
- Ensure ongoing annual review and update of HR policies.
- Ensure all policies and procedures are adhered.
- Keep up to date with HR best practice and all legislative developments and changes.
