**About the Role**

As an Activity Planning Administrator, you will be working as part of the Activity and Trade Planning Team, where you will be responsible for supporting the team, in an administrative capacity.. Supporting the Critical Path Manager and Trade Planning Manager in the implementation of range reviews and promotional activity across the store estate.You will be booking meetings, minute taking, and diary bookings

This is a varied role where you will also learn about our ranges and promotion planning. You will be work with different areas of the business such as Marketing, Retail, Trading and Supplier Partnerships.

You will be needed in the office on a Wednesday, and either a Tuesday or Thursday. At busier times, you might be required to be in the office more frequently.

**Key Responsibilities but not limited to**
- Weekly task compliance reporting and proactively chasing team members ahead of task completion deadlines
- Taking and distributing notes at the weekly CPA Meeting
- Taking and distributing notes at the weekly Secondary Space Forum Meeting
- Diarising critical path meetings and room bookings
- Diarising additional Secondary Space meetings and room bookings
- Preparing and distributing monthly KPI reports using critical path data to support continuous improvement
- Supporting Critical Path Manager with admin for yearly activity plan
- Checking and maintaining Red/Amber/Green (RAG) reports so that all stakeholders have the most up to date information

**About You**

As this role is very admin heavy you should have previous administrative experience as you will need to be detail focused, and highly organised. Excel is used daily, including Power Query and VBA. It would be advantageous if you have used these before, however you should have advanced knowledge of Excel. The role will require you to liaise with different stakeholders cross functionally and you should be confident communicating to internal colleagues and external contacts.
