Legal Administrator

Our Wills, Trusts and Estates department is growing and we are looking for Legal Administrators to join our busy Lifetime Planning team, based in our Cheadle Hulme office. The team work with private clients to ensure all their wills, probate and estate-related matters run smoothly so you will be responsible for providing efficient administration support across the team.
**Requirement**:
- Previous legal administration experience principally involved handling one or more Estate and Tax Planning, Estate Administration, LPAs, Wills, Trusts, Disputes & Probate.
- Possible recent graduate or have been legally trained.
- Awareness of Residential Conveyancing would be beneficial but not essential.

- Proclaim preferred experience.
- The ability to be an enthusiastic team player, with good people skills.
- Good organisational, time management and IT skills.
- The ability to multi-task under pressure.
- Able to work individually and within a collective team environment.
- A keen eye for detail.
**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:
- All administration duties such as dealing with incoming and outgoing post, photocopying, filing, scanning and archiving of legal documents.
- Daily record keeping with electronic and hard copy filing of documents.
- Updating the case management system with all appropriate documents and notes.
- Checking of legal documents to ensure accuracy.
- Performing accurate legal research and analysis when required.
- Preparing and formatting legal and management reports.
- Ensuring our service standards are delivered consistently and proactively every client, every time.
- Data entry and managing spreadsheets.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: Up to £32,000.00 per year
