Business Services Administrator

Our Wills, Trusts and Estates department is growing and we are looking for a dedicated Business Services Administrator to join our busy Lifetime Planning team, based in our Cheadle Hulme office. The team work with private clients to ensure all their wills, probate and estate-related matters run smoothly, providing efficient administration support across all areas of the business.
**Requirement**:
- Previous administration experience beneficial but not essential
- Possible Interest in a legal services career.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**:
- All administration duties such as dealing with incoming and outgoing post, photocopying, filing, scanning, and archiving of legal/case documents (not exhaustive)
- Daily record keeping with electronic and hard copy filing of documents.
- Data entry and managing spreadsheets.
- Ensure documents are accurately prepared, filed, and maintained in compliance with applicable regulations and internal policies.
- Ensure the relevant equipment required to undertake tasks is in working order and maintained to facilitate the necessary outputs.
- Checking of legal documents as directed, to ensure accuracy.
- Updating the case management system with all appropriate documents and notes
- Ensuring our service standards are delivered consistently and proactively to every client, every time.
- Undertake specific ad-hoc work as directed by the line management from time to time.
- Effective communication with the line manager and with other colleagues as required to ensure processing is efficient, accurate and timely.
- Maintain client confidentiality and act in accordance with applicable rules and regulations.
- Adhere to professional standards and ethical guidelines set forth by legal authorities.

**Salary**: £23,000.00 per year
