Procurement Administrator

**Job Description**:
The Procurement Administrator will provide support to the wider procurement team to enable key projects and business as usual activites to progress at pace. You will be responsible for a number of procurement functional tools and will build effective relationships with the procurement group to ensure that all material is updated and accurate. You will contribute to sourcing strategies that directly support top management decisions and deliver on the bottom line to our business.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Data analysis to identify potential opportunities from spend data as well as providing support in interpreting data submitted within tender responses.
- Responsibility for the Procurement Sharepoint site
- Manage the Preferred Supplier List
- Accountable for the Spend Data / Contract Management / Value Tracker tool/s - ensure that all are updated by the team
- Manage team administrative tasks e.g. travel and expenses
- Manage the procurement inbox, responding to and redirecting queries as appropriate
- Support international projects that align with team objectives.
- Build relationships with existing and new suppliers.
- Build relationships with internal stakeholders and clinics.
**Person specification**
Be commercially aware to interpret data sets and manipulate them for storytelling purposes
Knowledge of Sharepoint and ability to update pages
Knowledge of strategic sourcing system and tools
Experience of managing data
CIPS or similar qualification preferred
Strong drive with analytics, data and information
Ability to track activities across the team and ensure task completion as appropriate
Other qualities
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams across different brands and departments
