**The Role**:
As a Helpdesk Advisor within Dovetail Group, you are the first person our clients contact when they have a work request, or query. It is within the remit of the role that these requests are dealt with efficiently and to ensure the deployment of the most appropriate skilled resource, achieving attendance and completion of the work within the contractual service level agreements.

You will need to accurately record all relevant information to enable full end to end tracking of each job and associated activity, whilst ensuring the compliant completion of work ensuring the required compliance documentation is captured and recorded on the internal and External CAFM systems as required.

**Main Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the execution of the end-to-end work order management, including the co-ordination of all planned and reactive services within the helpdesk remit, detailed planning of work with internal engineers and our external suppliers.
- To accurately record all information on the internal CAFM system and external client systems necessary to complete Reactive and Planned maintenance tasks.
- To monitor, action and escalate work orders and incidents as appropriate within the business and update customers, keeping then informed of status and progress.
- Creation of purchase order to secure the procurement of services from external supply partners,
- To develop and maintain a good understanding of internal CAFM scheduling systems, and all relevant process and procedures.
- To handle and actively resolve any customer issues according to the Customer Complaint process.

**Essential Qualifications & Experience**:

- 2+ years working within reactive and planned maintenance scheduling / mobile engineering environment.
- Experience in coordinating service delivery in a mobile engineering environment, including part management and subcontract service delivery.
- Excellent communication - both written and verbal
- Confident IT skills with experience of working across multiple systems,

**Working hours**

**Monday - Friday, a mixture of shifts below**:
7am - 3:30pm (half an hour break)

8am - 4:30pm (half an hour break)

9am - 5:30pm (half an hour break)

1 week in every 6 weeks, you will be expected to be in an on call rota and will receive a bonus amount of £150 on top of your salary.
- Previous experience in on systems like Big Change is desirable._

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £23,500.00-£25,000.00 per year
