Based in our IMS Team in Newcastle, you will play a crucial role in providing key Systems Administration for our nationwide scheduling system which allocated in excess of 700K jobs to over 1500 Meter readers daily. You will champion collaborative ways of working across Operations and Field teams and promote the IMS team’s key role within the MDS business, you will have regular contact with meter readers and managers in the field as well as internal and external stakeholder and will be a key point of contact for IMS Systems, forming strong relationships, aiding in problem solving and query resolution and ensuring system data is correct and up to date.

You will also play a key role in ensuring communication of updates and changes within the IMS are shared, providing updates via our internal Stay Connected pages, providing support and guidance around upcoming changes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain data integrity across IMS system suite
- Provide IMS suite expertise and guidance to Operations Centre and Field teams and wider MDS business
- Query resolution for live operations
- Champion collaborative ways of working across Operations and Field teams and promote Operations Centre’s key role within the MDS business
- Provide regular updates to the business via our Stay Connected IMS page
- Governance of IMS suite system documentation
- Set up of new starters and leavers in IMS system suite, including sector and team updates
- Data quality checks, ensuring jobs within systems are set up correctly, with the right controls and parameters, reporting any anomalies
- Provide support with system changes and updates
- Raising, monitoring and administering requests to the third party Support Portal to ensure requests are being reviewed and actioned by provider
- Responsible for IMS system administration and data integrity
- General data administration daily and weekly tasks
