About the Role
Manage system deployments across organisation Analyse and process data requests from managers, the services and central support team. Offer IT support to both central and staff members across Totally services.

Perform Quality Assurance Testing (both regression and user acceptance testing) and supporting services in undertaking user acceptance testing


Work within the wider IM&T team and where required, liaise with local IT departments supporting the services (e.g., within partner Hospital Trusts) to help to resolve IT issues faced within services.

Your Day to Day

  • Organise and attend scoping and project meetings with external and internal stakeholders (depending on the change).
  • Design and build product deliverables according to specifications, escalate technical design or specification issues and work within a given time frame to complete solution
  • Lead on developments to clinical and operational systems to support new or existing functions and requirements.
  • Support and maintain integration between systems.
  • Maintain documentation of new and existing processes to a high and consistent standard
  • Establish and maintain positive and effective working relations across internal departments, managers, leads of partner organisations as well as external organisations and related agencies
  • Undertake quality assurance and regression testing at key points during a change/project life cycle
  • Support end users with user acceptance testing
  • Implement new system functionality in line with the IM&T change processes.
  • Other reasonable duties as required

Qualification, Experience & Training

  • Good general level of education with a minimum of GCSE Maths and English A
  • C.
  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft packages
  • Excel, Word etc.
  • Expert computer knowledge including the use of spreadsheets/databases/Visual Basic and complex macros (Access/Advanced Excel).
  • Project management and delivery of new IT systems
