You will manage various HR tasks with precision and care to ensure that our people team supports our employees effectively, fostering a positive work environment where everyone can thrive.

**Job purpose**
- To provide comprehensive administrative support to the people team, ensuring efficient and smooth-running operations.
- Promptly addressing employees HR-related queries and concerns to enhance employee satisfaction.
- To assist in implementing and documenting HR policies and procedures that support the company's strategy and values.

**Key responsibilities**
- Support with day-to-day HR operations, including, recruitment, onboarding and offboarding processes ensuring colleagues have the best experience
- HR Administrative duties such as; all employee communication, GDPR, updating training records. Wellbeing initiatives, people metrics and reporting etc
- Be Clue’s in-house super user for Hibob (our HR system), responsible for updating and maintaining the system as well as employee records and our shared people team inbox
- Become an active member of the people team, contributing to the development and implementation of HR policies and practices and reviewing documentation
- Regular in-office working to support office operations[CH1], with a flexible approach to opening/closing the office as required, usually 3 days per week
- Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys, etc.) and taking minutes.
- Organise and maintain the company's benefit and providers
- Contribute to further developing Clue’s people first, high performance culture in line with the principles of the EOS framework
- Liaison with our IT management company
- Organising company events including socials, leadership dinners, annual kick-off event etc
- Coordination and note taking of weekly company meetings
- Hosting the office - ensuring it is well stocked and always prepared for visitors to have a positive experience
- Contribute to project management activities, tracking progress and maintaining documentation
- Ownership of all office management responsibilities; from health and safety, incoming/outgoing deliveries, internal office communications and general office administration

**Key role measures**
- Accuracy and timeliness of HR documentation and data management.
- Positive feedback from employees and direct team members.
- Efficiency in supporting people team projects and initiatives.

**Experience and skills**
- Proven experience as an HR Administrator/ Assistant or a similar role
- Ability to communicate confidently with all levels of stakeholders and uphold a professional and high-quality level of communication across the business
- Basic knowledge of employment regulations
- Experience with HRM software ideally this being Hibob, and all other MS Office suite
- Demonstrate an ability to build relationships quickly and effectively, whilst being flexible and pro-active in your approach to work - as no two days will be the same
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Desirable **but not essential** - CIPD level 3 or similar relevant qualifications
- A desire to progress within the people profession into an advisory or similar role over time
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail with both written and verbal communication
- Ability to support people matters with confidentiality and discretion
