Customer Care Specialist

We are #hiring Bitpanda Pro is looking for a **Customer Care Specialist **in London to join our growing team. This will be assisting with the set-up of our customer care function and customer care enablement technology.
**What you'll do**
- Handle customer support enquiries for Bitpanda Pro exchange which may include issues or enquiries surrounding logins, trades, deposits or withdrawals of crypto
- Work collaboratively with other stakeholders to resolve customer care enquiries and escalate issues where necessary
- Support the set-up of customer care tech enablement with Zendesk
- Create and map support workflows to coordinate and standardise customer care responses for user issues and queries
**Who are you**
- Relevant experience in customer care and advisory, responding to tickets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are required. Proficiency in additional languages such as German, Italian, French, Spanish, or Dutch is considered a strong asset
- A self-starter who thrives in managing complex projects and has a genuine passion for finding solutions for customers to achieve their goals
