Customer Service Administrator

Our distribution client is currently looking for a customer service administrator to join the team based at Magna Park.
The main purpose of this role is to ensure the needs of our customers are satisfied, and to provide information in response to enquiries, claims and requests about our product and services.
**Main responsibilities**:
- Chasing POD's from drivers, subcontractors and delivery points to return 100% in timed parameters to our customer base
- Monitor incident reporting applicable to department
- Liaising with warehouse team & other relevant departments
- Maintain customer and partner communication to ensure all requirements are fulfilled
- Organise and develop tracking reports for all customers
- Building effective customer relationships
**Person Spec**:
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office - Word, Excel and Outlook
- Basic geographical knowledge
- Ability to prioritise tasks and activities
- Speaks / writes clearly and concisely
- Listens carefully and responds positively to questions
