We have new roles for Metered Customer Service Administrators in Warwick

Our well-established client is looking to hire a proactive and organised Metered Customer Service Administrators to join their team. You will be providing comprehensive, efficient and timely administrative support and excellent customer service.

Contract Duration: Temporary - 6-month contract until June 2023

Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week) 8.30-5pm and 9-5.30pm - shift rotation every week or flexible with one shift preference

Role - Office based - Free parking on site

**Salary**: £10.77 - £11.53 per hour - £21,500 - £22,500
Start Date: January 2023

Key responsibilities will include:

- Being responsible for maintaining a high standard of customer service at all times
- Handle all queries for meter readings
- Provide support and assistance to other teams within the business, when necessary, in order to maintain good customer service
- Provide support for other admin ad-hoc duties
- Working and co-operating as part of a team, assisting and supporting colleagues
- High attention to detail is required and being a good team player
