**Resourcing Business Partner**

Are you commercial in your approach? Enthusiastic when delivering a service? Curious to learn and understand our business? We are now recruiting for a** Resourcing Business Partner** to join our team.

A law firm can't grow without people. There is no denying that the market is challenging - there isn't a day we don't hear someone uttering the words “war for talent” or “skills shortage”. We work hard to make sure these (shudder inducing) phrases don't impact the firm's strategic direction. After all, recruitment and resourcing is all about finding the best talent for the business to grow.

**The role**

We are a collaborative firm and work closely with Business Partners across the People (HR) team, ensuring that we give a fully informed, joined up approach to the way work and service we provide to our internal and external clients.

**What you'll need**

We are genuinely open to speaking to Recruitment and Resourcing professionals from a wide range of backgrounds. You may currently be an agency recruiter who is looking to move in house (plenty of us have done that) or perhaps you have always had an interest in the legal sector but never quite seen the right role - we hope you have now

You do not need legal experience - it's probably the first question we get asked.

We are looking for individuals who can tailor their approach and communication style to need the diverse needs of our people. Interest in using data to inform and empower our decision makers to make the most informed decisions.
