We will feed back to decision-makers to help shape and influence future services.

A fantastic opportunity has become available at Llais West Wales for Public Engagement Monitoring and Scrutiny Management Officer, Band 5, 37.5 hours per week.
This role is primarily based in the Carmarthen office. This is a hybrid role, with both remote and office-based working.
The ability to communicate in Welsh is desirable.
Main Duties of the job
To manage own workload and provide an effective and efficient support service for Llais, its staff and volunteers, responding to demands made from the public or health and social care organisations.
To work flexibly as part of a team to assist Llais to carry out its range of duties and responsibilities. To assist the Deputy Regional Director in the day-to-day management, organisation and future planning of the Public Engagement and Monitoring/Scrutiny functions.
To assist the Deputy Regional Director in developing the interface between Llais, service users and public. To work with Llais volunteers and with health and social care sector, voluntary sector and stakeholder groups as appropriate and on-going liaison with service users and the public.
To develop and maintain the Llais region’s scrutiny activity. The post holder will be expected to undertake other generic Llais core activities as determined by the Regional Director or Deputy Regional Director.
