Job Title: Social Worker

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Worker to join our team and provide comprehensive support to service users and their carers.

About the Role

This position requires a Social Work Qualification with a minimum of 3 years post-qualified experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for completing assessments, managing cases under the Care Programme Approach (CPA), and developing care plans with service users.

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, be able to manage time effectively, and prioritize their workload. Experience working with adults with psychosis and engaging with diverse backgrounds is crucial for this role's success.

About You
  • Qualifications: Degree in Social Work or equivalent
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years' experience in Social Work
  • Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills
