Adferiad Recovery delivers a flexible and coordinated response to the exceptional circumstances faced by people with co-occurring mental health and substance use conditions and related issues. Vulnerable people facing complex life challenges need consistent and seamless support to ensure they remain engaged with vital health and wellbeing services - and to prevent them becoming disenfranchised and isolated.

**Hours**: 22.5 hours per week

**Salary**:£21,507 per annum (pro rata)

**Holidays**:25 days per year plus 8 public holidays

**Based at**:Carmarthen Office

**Job Purpose**:
The vision of this service is to achieve a holistic, innovative, and flexible service to support Carers across Carmarthenshire to improve and maintain their health, well-being, and independence, through social integration.

The post-holder will work as part of Adferiad’s Carmarthen team, providing administrative duties for Carmarthenshire Carers Information Service and providing wellbeing support to carers. The administrative responsibilities include developing and maintaining effective administrative processes and systems to provide general day-to-day support to the service.

In addition, the post-holder will work in a holistic, strength based, recovery focused way, fully engaging with carers to identify what their needs are and what matters to them.

Support provided will focus on promoting independence, building resilience, and promoting community engagement. The post-holder will help individuals recognise their achievements, skills, and strengths, and use these to help them identify and work towards future goals.

**Salary**: Up to £21,507.00 per year
