**Content Creator / Admin Assistant**

**We are a busy workshop dedicated to the production of handcrafted metalwork and the delivery of experience days to the public. We are a growing business with a dedicated and talented team working together to meet the ambitions of the business. We have been established for over 15 years and have grown to a size where we need additional help to continue our path.**

**We are looking for a person with a good understanding of the basics of video editing and filming to help grow our online presence by creating engaging content by filming our team make weird and wacky things in the forge and delivering our classes and turn this into content that can be shared online to further grow our following.**

**About The Role: Content Creator / Admin Assistant**

**Responsibilities**
- **Create and Share Our Story**: Produce compelling social media content that embodies our mission, using your creativity to engage and inspire.
- **Visual Storytelling**: Film and edit high-quality videos and materials, transforming our work into engaging stories for our audience.
- **Social Media Management**: Take charge of our presence across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Twitter, fostering community engagement and broadening our impact.
- **Content Strategy**: Utilise clips from our video library for impactful short-form social media content. Organize and maintain a content calendar to ensure our message is always current and engaging.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with our team to capture the essence of our daily operations and the impact of our work through behind-the-scenes footage and stories.
- **Event Coverage**: Occasionally attend events to capture content that inspires and resonates with our audience.
- **Admin**:Support the team by carrying out basic office admin tasks, such as, answering customer enquiries, data entry, ordering materials, basic bookkeeping etc.
- **Diary management**: keep an up-to-date diary for the team; arranging internal and external appointments and, making arrangements for meetings; booking external venues as required.
- **Office Organization**: Help keep the projects on schedule and team on point by helping with the office tasks to keep the blacksmiths in the forge and out of the office.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: All levels of experience welcome
- **Videography Skills**: Adept at producing compelling visual stories.
- **Design Proficiency**: ideally Skilled in using Adobe Premier Pro or similar design tools to create engaging content, some training will be given but you will also be expected to develop your skills in line with current trends.
- **Social Media Expertise**: Knowledgeable across major platforms, with the ability to manage and grow our online presence effectively.
- **Creative and Committed**:A creative thinker dedicated to our cause, with a strong work ethic and a collaborative spirit.
- **Must be happy to get their hands dirty**: This role will be in a traditional blacksmiths forge, Its dirty, noisy, smelly and that’s just the staff. You will be expected to film in the workshop and adhere to the health and safety rules and regulations, If you are worried about your hair and nails you wont fit in.
- **Must be thick skinned**: you must be able to stand on your own two feet and be happy getting your point across in a noisy dynamic environment,
- **Admin Experience**:A basic understanding of Microsoft Office.
- **Passion for Craftsmanship**: Genuine interest in and appreciation for the artistry and traditional crafts.
- **Eagerness to Learn**: Openness to learning about blacksmithing techniques and processes to enhance content creation and customer interactions.

**Salary**: £16,000.00-£26,000.00 per year / pro rata

Schedule:

- Mornings initially potentially more depending on availability
