We are looking for a diligent and organised Project Administrator to join our team in Fareham, Hampshire.

As a Project Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the successful execution of our maritime projects. You will work closely with project managers and teams to ensure that projects run smoothly and efficiently. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a dynamic team and contribute to the success of exciting maritime endeavours.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including RAMS, proposals, and reports.

Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting minutes.

Maintain project schedules, track milestones, and update project timelines.

Assist in the management of project budgets and expenses.

Monitor project progress and communicate updates to project stakeholders.

Collaborate with the project team to ensure timely delivery of project deliverables.

Manage project-related correspondence, both internal and external.

Assist in the procurement of project materials and services.

Support the resolution of project-related issues and inquiries.

Maintain accurate project records and documentation.

**Requirements**:
A bachelors degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field is preferred.

Prior experience in a project administration or coordinator role is a plus.

Strong organisational and time management skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

An interest in the maritime industry and a desire to contribute to its success.

Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
