An established award-winning travel company are recruiting for a Workforce Planning Analyst to join their global team. This role will be homebased and will support both the UK and overseas offices providing solutions that enable workforce engagement, competencyand delivery of key contact centre metrics (Training completion, Grade of service, sales, revenue) producing reports and insight. The role of Workforce Planning Analyst offers a salary of £30,000 along with other company benefits and will work Monday-Fri8.30am - 5pm with some flexibility required **Workforce Planning Analyst** - Responsibilities
- Forecasting of resource requirements over different time horizons
- Scheduling/rostering to balance business and employee needs
- Development of reporting and modelling for performance, identification of trends and formulation of insights and recommendations
- Support the technology roadmap Rollout of new technology/self-service tools and driving adoption
- Partnering with key stakeholders across the business to understand requirements, call drivers and offer advice and/or implement solutions
- Management of leave allocations and requests
- Real Time Desk support/Queue Management
- System architecture and/or configuration
- Training/upskilling of Reservations Leaders
- Manage or actively participate in projects
