Our client in Hatfield is looking for an administrator to join their busy and friendly team.

You will be a key member of the team ensuring a smooth run of the department and being well orgnaised with good multi tasking skills.
- Salary - 23-25K depending on experience
- Job type - Full time (**no hybrid working**)
- Location - Hatfield
- Hours - 37.5 HPW **Mon - Thurs 8:30AM - 4:30PM & Fri 8AM-4PM**:

- (with a 30 min unpaid lunch)
- Holiday - 25 days

**Role And Responsibilities**
- (The following are key functions of the role but not limited to)
- Collection and processing of all delivery notes
- Answering calls.
- Updating works resource planner when required
- Processing delivery notes
- Coordinate and organise meetings
- Carry out general administration duties required by the management team
- Manage company vehicle administration
- Raising of all purchase orders
- booking in goods in
- Expedite all purchase orders in conjunction with the business system reports
- Complete various monthly reports
- scanning and filing
- Recording fuel and mileage for company fleet vehicles
- Oversee all vehicle tracking reports
- Carry out all purchasing requirements for projects & general purchases
- Coordinate the calibration database

**you will need**:

- Excellent communication skills
- Computer literate
- work well under pressure
- Ability to pick up tasks with ease
- Experience within an administrative role
- Experience with sage200 is preferred but not essential
