**Equans is looking for an Administrator to join our team in Hatfield. This is a permanent role working full time hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.**
**Overview**:
The main purpose of the role is to assist in the administration of RTS team’s activities and support the coordination of lettering, booking, and scheduling of domestic property survey appointments and works required for the Retrofit Technical Solutions Team, our trusted subcontracting survey partners and Ops teams.
**What will you deliver?**
- Coordination of Customer Service Agent activities
- Assisting team RTS members with any administrative duties
- Ownership and maintenance of booking trackers
- Booking a range of Retrofit works and technical assessments (energy assessments, retrofit assessments, thermal imaging surveys, air tightness tests etc.) with domestic residents.
- Reporting of booking progress appointments to the team leaders, line manager and client (project-dependent)
- Creating mail merges from spreadsheets and letter templates
- Ensuring letters are printed and sent out to meet deadlines
- Updating and assisting in the management of team timetable
- Respond positively and manage efficiently all stakeholders/customers’ needs/support via all methods of communications and monitor /manage any requirements
- Monitor progress on all job types, communicating with customers/stakeholders where required to follow the order through to practical completion.
- Ensure effectiveness, productivity, and overall efficiency in our service through operational performance.
- Communicate effectively with customers both internal/external to ensure policies, procedures and expectations are being adhered to and met, highlighting any potential risks within operational, systems or process to key management.

**Who are we looking for?**
- Experience assisting Retrofit Coordinator/Assessors with their administrative duties
- Proven excellent customer service experience
- Fantastic written and verbal communication skills
