An exciting opportunity has arisen for committed individual with excellent customer service skills to join our Housing Solutions team, based in Hubs across the city.
**About the job**
The Senior Hub Officer will be responsible for: Supporting customers within the Hubs to join the social housing waiting list, carrying out sign up interviews for customers who have been offered a Council property, providing customer focus delivery and information provision where needed.

**What We Are Looking For From You**
You will require expert knowledge on Housing including the new allocation policy and the options available to help those affected

You will also have good knowledge of the sign up process for new Council contract holders and the other housing services available to them once they become a contract holder.

You will have experience of providing excellent customer service, work well in a team and have a flexible approach. You will have exceptional communication and IT skills and the ability to resolve disputes in a positive and constructive manner.

Weekend and evening working will be required on a rota basis and location of work may vary.

The ability to speak other languages, in particular Welsh, Somali, Arabic or Polish would be an advantage.
