**EXPERIENCED OFFICE ASSISTANT**

We currently have an exciting position for an Experienced Office Assistant, you will be working for a bespoke and fast growing business based in Goldthorpe, Rotherham.
If you are looking for a long term, stable position with the chance to learn new skills and progress this will be the perfect opportunity for you

**Details**:

- £22,000 per year
- 8am to 4.30pm Monday to Thursday and 8am to 3.30pm on Friday

**Benefits**:

- General admin duties when required.
- Chasing up customers’ orders and confirming delivery dates.
- Ensure accounts are up to date regrading orders made and stock levels.
- Creating and printing delivery notes ready to be packed by the warehouse team.
- Requesting quotes from carriers and organising the relevant paperwork to ship goods into the EU.
- Processing and dispatching orders on a daily basis, use of sage 50 (training provided).

**Skills required**:

- Previous experience with SAGE 50 Accounts would be a huge benefit but not essential
- Experience within a similar office role would be essential
- Friendly and engaging personality
- Excellent telephone and IT skills
- Ability to work towards deadlines
- Knowledge of Dispatch and Stores would be an advantage
