The Office Administrative & Sales Support Assistant will work with the team of Global Operations Technicians and report to the Global Operations Manager at the Metallix Refining Europe office located in Wentworth, Rotherham, S62 7SB. They will be responsible for ensuring supplier information, documentation, reports, leads, etc. are reviewed and inputted in the appropriate database. They will assist responding to supplier calls and inquires. In addition, they will also assist with the day-to-day office needs such as reception duties, office supply stock, and other responsibilities within the office.

**Responsibilities**
- Receptionist duties include answering the telephone, visitor inquiries, sorting and arranging delivery of mail and packages.
- Enter supplier information, orders, etc., into the CRM system and Metallix Management Database to assist the Global Operations Team.
- Assist Global Operations Technicians in coordinating and contacting leads assigned by Metallix Refining Management.
- Responding to inquiries and addressing unforeseen needs in support of the Global Operations Team as they travel to perform their project duties.
- Support the Global Operations Manager with expense reports and costs, and make travel arrangements for the Global Operations Team.
- Create Excel reports or Power Point presentations as requested by the Global Operations Manager.
- Assisting with the Metallix Refining Europe office, set up of the conference room, meetings, and visits.
- Maintain and coordinate things such as food requirements for meetings, orders, stocking office supplies etc.

**Requirements**:

- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Adaptable to changing business needs, conditions, and work responsibilities.
- Sales support experience (industrial sales preferable).
- Ability to multitask and prioritise the constant flow of a busy office environment.
- Experience using a CRM system (Goldmine, Salesforce, etc.).
- Ability to work effectively with people regardless of their age, gender, race, ethnicity, religion, or job type.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Punctual and reliable.
- Ability to work within a team or solo.

**Academic/Educational Requirement**
- Educated to minimum of GCSE level with good mathematic ability.

**Desirable Additional Skills**
- Additional language skills are a benefit within a global organisation and industry.

Pay: £24,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
